It always make me laugh when I read about Druids claiming a right to Stonehenge. Are they devoid of any knowledge about the age of the monument and its surroundings? It obviously has nowt to do with Druids. We all know that, except the Druids, who keep harping on about it. What can't they get into their heads about it? It's too flamin' early. Plus it's about mid-winter sunset, not mid-summer sunrise, so they're barking (mad) up the wrong tree. Good grief, it bores me senseless this endless obsession they have. Quite right TE and it amazes me how many intelligent people still think this to be so and even when you explain it to them still don't get it. However, in saying that I do feel that respect should be given to the dead and their remains. I am not sure I like the idea of remains of our ancestors (and their possessions) being removed from a site and then stored in a cardboard box in some museum vault. To me there is something not quite right about it but maybe I am just being over sentimental?	Posted by scubi63 26th May 2013ce
