First post, so hello everyone :)

I'm trying to find information on the layout of Mitchell's Fold stone circle (and nearby Cairn/circle)

Specifically where the entrance to the main circle may have been located

I realise this kind of stuff is usually down to artists impressions, like Stuckley's drawings, but if anyone may know, or even have a guess, I would appreciate you sharing

It's only really to get the whole cite more visually focussed, and attempt to pick up on any energy flows when visiting, as well as knowing the alignment of the entrance

Cheers

Hi NS,

I tried to source a plan for you but couldn't find one, hopefully somebody else will be able to provide it.

But your post did make me wonder - Isn't this an ideal opportunity to see if you can pick up on those flows without being prejudiced by knowing precisely where the entrance is?

Might be an interesting experiment?

Hello NS , Alexander Thom has a plan in his BAR report of 1980 p 24 .

Is there no way of posting images??

Here's the link anyway
