Just looked on the TMA's google earth and the marker looks way out to me.
My pics match the ones on here perfectly. ? Is the marker just a rough guide.
Also just noticed if you set the altitude to around 1800 ft a circular feature can be seen fractionally west of north at 53 18'24.78n 1 34'08.77 ?

The pin on the inline map is using the 6 figure grid reference, so it won't be exact when you're zooming into a high degree of detail. Even with 8 or 10 fig references, there is still a slight discrepancy, as the Google Earth maps use a slightly different method of calculation to that used by the Ordnance Survey.

If you can provide a more accurate OS reference, we'd be happy to edit it.
