Can this thread be just a 'show of hands' of those going to Callanish/Calanais for the lunar thingy in July.

If we can keep the thread devoid of rambling then it could go on to be a useful tool for anyone who's planning on meeting up.

Hello all o fyou,

If you have your tent or camper or car with you, PLEASE don't park it in the continuation of the avenue. The avenue is an important part of the possiblr alignment, so kerp that part free (so on the road and the patch of rough grass on the othe rside of the road.

I have a reason why I ask this:
. again the avenue and its continuation is an important part of the possible alignment
. and my web camera is in that path (so I want to have it car, tent or caravan free). People is no problem, they are even welcome in the picture.

Jane, me, Vybik Jon and Cloudhigh will be there from late afternoon/early evening on Saturday 8th. We're staying at a cottage in Callanish village & travelling back Sat 15th.

Juamei arrives the same day early evening.

We're setting off TOMORROW, via Perthshire & Aberdeenshire. I'm sure it'll be difficult NOT to meet up, but it'd be ace if anyone who wants to meet up could email their mobile number to me or Jane TODAY!!! (Esp you K - I'm determined to meet you at last!)
