Just to point out, if you want to visit this site now's a good time, the heather has been totally burnt off and the circle is completely clear, same story for the standing stone.

Just posted a couple of images showing how clear the sites are.

thanks for that, I've tried to find this site at least half a dozen times over the last three years to no avail, fingers crossed for a visit sometime this week then :)

edit: ps the pictures are great, I've got no excuse not to find it now, happens to be the nearest prehistoric site to home for me this one so have been mightily disappointed not being able to find it so far
