Who saw the documentaryon the Glastonbury Landscape and Tor last night.

So the Glastonbury Landscape and Arthurian legends, were an attempt bt the Monks to reclaim the land and get rich from gullible pilgrims.

Intresting: - What do you think

I think its very plausable athough I like to think that the location has a more mystical element.

Climb it last year with the kids, bloody knackered by the time I got to the top.

Hmmm. No explanation for why strip lynchets would be placed on the North side of the Tor, which gets no direct sunlight. It seems to me that there's as much evidence to support the strip lynchets as there is to support the maze theory - ie zero. Given this, I think both theories should be treated with at least the same degree of credibility.
