Tis a shame the old tree at the nine stones has been condemned,It has always some how managed to separate the madening traffic on the A35 from this rather special circle.

It is a shame! I didn't see the news item (http://www.themodernantiquarian.com/site/47#news) at first and wondered where this came from!

Ah, well - so long as they're careful... I dare say there's nowt can be done about it...

Wonder what the chances of getting the A35 re-routed through a tunnel at the Nine Stones are? ;o)
