Hello

I'm not sure if I should admit this but - here is a special treat for all you K9 fans

Anybody see 'The Doctor (Tom Baker) ' on 'Uk Gold' last night and tonight? (Wed 22/10 Thurs 23/10)
He and his lady friend landed on earth next to a stone circle which happened to be the Rollrights and then proceeded to get involved with a mysterious beautifully pink woman, a lady historian specialising in the bronze age, and a well cagey Black Guardian.

Some shots of the Rollrights without the fence between itself and the ploughed field - housing the Whispering Knights.
Also the historical script is interesting and sometimes amusing. Strangely I found it very enternaining.

Anyways if you missed it and anyones - (like me) is sad enough to want to watch it the omnibus is on

Saturday 25/10 and Sunday 26/10 both at 08:10(am) -check links below for TV listing and set the video -

I know, I know. - I'm an arse.

I saw it - very cool. The witch/alien/celtic goddess gets turned into an extra rollright at the end which might not have gone unnoticed in the local community - unless the rollrights are one of these circles where you can't count em properly.
Wasn't exactly a flattering portrayal of local rural folk, was it?

And did you know the beeb are planning to make a new series of doctor who? A proper one, not like that dodgy Americanised one-off job. Set to air in 2005 apparently.

... any news on where that 'mystery' Irish monument was? It's definitely not where I thought it was, because I went to look.

I'd really love to know where it is :-)
