Druids have held chanting ceremonies in a bid to catch vandals who defaced an ancient stone circle.

They are confident their efforts will help reveal the identity of the culprits who painted the Rollright Stones on the Oxfordshire/Warwickshire border.

Police have now released CCTV pictures of a person wanted in connection with the vandalism on April Fools' Day.

The pagan community has already offered a £1,000 reward to catch the vandals.

Wish I did, then I could CASTRATE the bastard.

I can't wait for the arrest/court appearance/trial. I wanna pelt eggs at him. A fine old British tradition, that. Especially on election days.
