The last month or so I have been involved in a wonderful independent volunteer music project to help raise money for the hut rebuilding fund (The Rollright Trust). We've all left ego behind to pull together an amazing collection of folk and blues spirit imbued sounds with donated tracks, rearranged traditional tune and specially written songs.

The CD is at mixing stage but we expected it to be available soon, all proceeds (minus minimal costs) to the Rollright Trust. There will be a very limited edition so don't miss out!

The Red Lion is also kindly hosting a benefit concert on 16th September 2006 also in aid of the hut rebuild - entry fee on the door. Further information on www.rollrghtproject.org from 16th August.
