Cant you physically block access preventing any further flytipping?, obviously this site is now known to be well suited for flytipping by several persons, and theres always another person out there looking to save paying the local landfill company money isnt there!.

Obviously yourself or none of us is legally able to physically restrict access at this site....

but if these tippers where to turn up and find 'obstructions' in their way,they might decide to find elsewhere to dump their rubbish elsewhere.
