WHAT a corker of a day yesterday!! Fabulous weather, superb company, the worlds most gorgeous dog, rocks the size of your house (almost) ikle ones the size of your cat!! Tumuli a gogo and an absolutely fabulous Iron Age Hill Fort that was falling into the sea!! ;o) With near vertical hill climbs that certainly pushed me to the limit, I saw my beloved Dorset in a light and way that I have never ever seen before and I love it even more....

Have 97 photos to plough through and a huge amount of data to sort out in my head (oh and blisters, heat rash and gorse rash to heal)... but my goodness this Megalithing malarky is addictive isn't it!! ;o)

When and where is the next one!! :o)

Nat xxxxx

I second that! What a fab day - thank you x

Sounds like I missed a right treat :-/

Um, I'd have been there if it wasn't for the scrumpy...

... and thankyou too Nat, Izzy & Sharon

Sorry to have missed Juamei & DanielSpaniel - maybe another time, eh :o)

Just got back from a week making way home from Dorset through South and Mid Wales. Great time. So many megalithic possibilities.

I picked you up 3 copies of the Cuckoo Pounds and Singing Barrows book; without packaging it's 510g, so for 1st class £2.03 postage or 2nd £1.75; books were £3.95 each - so I'll mail you with my details soon, and on receipt of payment I'll despatch books pronto.

The next meet is in Gwynedd on 18th & 19th Sept; maybe an extra day either before or after, but folk can drop in or out as they wish - no probs. We could be having a good stateside megarak attending who came to one in North Wales last year, so trying to spend time with him (good bloke) and enable us all to enjoy 1 more day of Welsh Stones.

We hope to be taking in the wonderful Bryn Cader Faner, and its many many environs

and Moel Goedog, Dyffryn Ardudwy etc
