Very Silbury like. It's a little hard to tell the scale, but I'd estimate it's 25 to 30 feet high. What was its purpose?

does it have an excavation hole in the top?
Reason I ask is that it has a ledge (as does Silbury) where it seems the spoil was thrown over the edge.
