Brilliant Howie!!!
What a fantastic photo - fab!
The inclusion of the raven takes this pic to another level - stunning
The Raven's included themselves! As if the splendid, sunny autumnal view was not enough at the end of our long climb, a pair of Ravens spotted us at the summit and flew up 1,500 feet from The Saddle to wait on some scraps of our sandwiches. I framed the shot on my £10 digital camera then got Junior HD to put a bit of my ham piece on the edge of the precipitous rock (I didn't want to do it in case I fell down the sheer drop). One of the big birds hopped over and wolfed the food, then obligingly posed for a few photos. We gave it some Bramley Apple Pie as a reward. These birds ain't daft!
Arran, as always, seems to oblige us with beautiful weather to visit its myriad of ancient and stunning sites.
Cawwwww! In every sense of the word.
Absolute beauty, what a stunning spot.
