I had to read this twice, as I couldn't quite believe it first time round :

National Trust archaeologist Dr Nick Snashall said it confirms "with total certainty" that Stonehenge and its Avenue were linked.
Are they actually trying to suggest there was some doubt over whether the avenue and Stonehenge were connected?! Whaat? Bizarre.
Um, surely a reason to be extremely worried about NT !
