Thanks LS, I stopped at a wide gate entrance just south of Avebury after dawn and walked into the fields from there, this is looking towards WKLB, it would be up on the hill to the right but a bit out of shot. I took a panorama so will post this once I get a chance to download all the pics from the trip.
Never ceases to amaze me what our great ancestors left behind for us to marvel at. And all done by hand with the most basic of 'tools'!
