Modern reconstruction, at least they have replaced the two totem poles which used to frame the entrance. Nice car park and information boards, site well maintained, no sign of any visitors on the day I visited

Excellent, I almost went here in March but didn't have time. I looks quite groovy, a similar vibe to Balfarg Riding School.
Rather like Northumberlandia very much worth visiting, difficult to explain emotions when visiting a well thought out reconstruction, guilty pleasure I guess sums it up, I thought twice about posting, wasn't quite sure how I felt about it. Regardless, I returned in the evening and slept in the car park so couldn't have been to upset about it!
Definitely worth posting, it's a proper effort at reconstruction in an area where there are a few similar hengey sites.
