Decided to walk over Western Beacon to see the cairns on the way back from the Cuckoo Ball , pleased I did, a bit of wind and much cooler up here

Nearly made it here back in May. Definitely need to keep it on 'the list'
Definitely worth a trip out, so many sites on this part of the moor. Hope to go back to visit 3 barrows on ugborough moor.
Yeah... missed out on those some years back coming from Shipley Bridge - just too far on the day. Look good.
