
I took the train to Ivybridge and began the long slog up to Spurrell’s cross, goodness I need to improve my fitness, and from there I couldn’t see any obvious path down to West Glaze Brook so it was a case of zig zagging among the sheep runs down the hill
It's a pretty long walk from Ivybridge, nice quiet part of the Moor though.
I saw on the notes that you have been up there, which drew my attention to Ivybridge as a good start point. I notice you visited them all in one walk, the heat forced me to do it over two days which meant gaining the height again, huffing and puffing along with my bus pass and senior rail card I’m like something out of the last of the summer wine.
