I really liked it here. First visit was a nice double-header with Heston Brake on a day off work, it was a good place to sit and stare over the water for a while. Nothing to do with the earthwork, but I also liked the perspective of the sweeping curve of the bridge.
I was wondering how the hell I had 'missed' it from the bridge over the course of so many years - but the windbreak on the bridge exactly blocks it from view
