Nothing but praise here too.
Worth a special trip just to see the toilets.
NB cafe stops serving "proper" food at 3pm (shut totally at 5pm), and just do cakes and traybakes :-)
NB2 They advertise a restaurant open here at weekends but when we came on Friday night there was no sign of life. Recommend phoning first to avoid disappointment... and if you go to the Kilmartin Hotel across the road, you will be disappointed! Worth driving to Cairnbaan instead. |

I'll reiterate the high praise of the earlier review and just add that the toilets, which are accessed from the outside, are excellent and that the cafe serves great soup made even better by the stunning views down the valley across the Nether Largie cairns from the conservatory-style enclosed terrace. |

Nothing but praise.
Great museum, great shop, mind blowing location.
There's a cafe restaurant next door, too.
Dont forget to visit the film show in the tiny auditorium upstairs from the shop. Very atmospheric. |
