| Yes lets. I fail to see how a shitty railing stops this activity? Why no railings around Coldrum, Oldbury, Little Kits, etc. Doesn't seem to be a problem threre except the ribbons at Coldrum, but they don't harm anything, except maybe a bird who may decide to try and eat one.
