No, I've not been up there yet (Rhos Saith Maen), but having a quick look at the OS map there is a track/unfenced road that get you within 1 mile.

The stones to the south of Clearwen Reservoir:
SN 821 624 Careg Wen Fawr
partly buried recumbent

SN 864 620 Pen Maen wern

SN 881 613 Waun Lydan

The stone rows just outside breconshire to the E and NE of Clearwen Reservoir:

Rhosygelynen (5 standing 1 fallen)
