| Couple of things. Yes, Time Team should have more sense. They are quoted as justification by almost every detectorist. But I do agree with Rhiannon they oughta play fair – when they know they are going to be made very rich anyway. And you and I have spent millions over 13 years begging them to - AND, it’s vanishingly rare they’ll be docked any money anyway – the authorities are too frit of upsetting detectorists. Here’s my magic list of the threats they’ve made to go on “reporting strike” over the years. 16 so far. It's blackmailing society, isn't it?
