Thanks Ryaner - ran through it there. I think the alignments are more about inter-visibility of sites from each other than to particular days.

I've never visited the place (which sounds great) but other than the rock-art there doesn't seem to be anything that is normally associated with alignments ie rock-art, passage-tombs, quasi-passage tombs or stone circles.
