I'm a little confused - is this:

* a genuine prehistoric circle that's been restored (based on ?)
* a c19th folly built out of stones from a genuine circle
* a c19th folly built out of stones from the vicinity
* a modern circle?

Maybe the first of your list, slightly iffy 'restoration', don't think it was an official archaeological dig, but the people who did it (and I'm not saying who) seem to think it is....Sweetcheat do not make me dig a grave for myself;)

It is on this site as Druid Temple, needs some historic verification though, couldn't see anything on Pastscape.
