PAS say 70% of finds aren't reported whereas you've said (and many farmers may have read) that non-reporting is confined to “a very small minority of detectorists”. You ought to put that right in the place where you wrote it as it's damaging and as such not at all appropriate for someone who's a heritage ehthusiast.
